This is the form you will use to submit your work for the catalog

    The fields below are for labeling and uploading your work to the Enso Circle Catalog. In the boxes, type in the TITLE of the work in ALL CAPS, then upper and lower case for the media used, the size, and the price. There is an example on the right. It’s recommended to choose a single work and show details, however, if you have created more than one art piece, you may submit an image for each (up to three).

    Below the boxes, there are three upload buttons for submitting your images. Please follow the recommendations here and on the right to ensure your image is large enough to print clearly in the catalog:
    • Save your file as JPG or PNG format.
    • Use the following naming format: "lastname_artworktitle.jpg", “lastname_artworktitle_detail1.jpg”

    Your image size should end up in the range of 10-15 MB. If you have any trouble with image sizing, please contact our catalog designer via Slack to help you through it!

    Image Upload Specifications for Enso Circle Submissions:
    Minimum Dimensions: 1500 x 2100 pixels
      (This ensures high-quality printing at 300 PPI for a 5" x 7" page)
    Maximum File Size: 15MB
    Recommended Format: JPG or PNG
      (JPG preferred for smaller file size with good quality)
    Color Mode: RGB
      (Print-ready files will be converted as needed)
    Tip for Artists: Export your image at 300 PPI, sized to 5"x7", and save as a high-quality JPG (around 80–90% quality) to stay well under 15MB while preserving visual integrity.
