ORIENTATION: Getting Around and Getting Connected
PREVIEW: This week is an un-official start to your residency. We know you have questions, a lot of excitement and maybe just a little trepidation in starting something new. Our goal this week is to answer all of those questions and make sure you are comfortable finding your way around the residency classroom and break room.
PERSONAL COMMUNICATION: During this week we will be sending out links and passwords to the classroom, resources library and Slack to your email address. You may want to print this communication or save it to a file on your computer, tablet, or phone for future access. Feel free to respond to the email with any questions. We will also be offering a schedule for face-to-face meeting and addressing any needs you might have. The following information will arrive by email. Feel free to respond to Lyn and Michelle personally by email using REPLY ALL.
TO READ: If you are keeping a notebook for the Residency, these three handouts will be a good reference going forward. All written material on the Enso Circle is copyrighted. However, the written materials and links to videos in the Lesson Guide are yours to keep for your personal use as part of your residency.
TO WATCH: These two videos will be helpful to understand how the Circle works. Be sure the watch these before your personal or small group zoom and take notes if there is something you don’t understand that we can address. We have grown with each residency, so you might notice that the classroom page doesn’t look exactly the same as Lyn describes it in the video but rest assured that the bones of The Enso Circle are still the same. Link to our Slack Space
TO ACCOMPLISH: This week is for checking things out! Get nosy! This is your “new car” so take some time to kick the tires and check out the gadgets.
