4:00 CDT MONDAY ZOOM: To prepare for the Monday Zoom, we ask you to read through the two documents, OPENING THE CIRCLE and ENSO CIRCLE CONTINUING RESIDENCY. The first part of the zoom will be open for any questions you might have. The second half of the zoom is yours to share any thoughts you want to your zoom community. Creating the Open Circle In the Enso Circle we have been challenged to identify goals twelve weeks in advance and then move steadily towards them, with weekly progress reports and community accountability. As a Continuing Resident, the same components of goals, accountability and community shift to an Open Circle model. This pdf addresses the process and its guiding principles.
