The residency concludes with a professionally designed digital catalog celebrating each artist’s work and growth. Open to artists working in all media and at every stage of their creative practice.

WHO IS THIS COMMUNITY FOR?
Artists who are ready to focus on a conceptual goal in their studio practice. It could be a social theme, an exploration of media, a series of work that analyzes personal struggles or celebrates overcoming difficulty. Artists who've felt a sense of isolation or lack of direction. This virtual three-month residency may be exactly what you need to re-connect to your art practice through synergetic interaction with others in The Enso Circle. Artists who feel the need for a balanced experience. Enso encourages both personal creative time and guided encouragement from like-minded working artists. You will find a home in the Enso Circle with Lyn Belisle, Michelle Belto, and your fellow art Residents. Tuition for the FALL Term is $525. HOW DO I JOIN?
You apply to the Enso Circle online. The deadline for applications are announced on social media and on our website. The application link is below. How many people are in The Enso Circle? There is a limit of twelve people in each three-month artists' residency to ensure personal attention and close community communication. How much does it cost? The residency fee is $525 for the twelve-week term. This includes weekly Zoom gatherings, ongoing conversation and support through our private Slack community, weekly prompts and check-ins, individual guidance from the residency directors, and inclusion in a professionally designed digital catalog celebrating the work created during the term. What's expected of Enso Residents? Once accepted, you will be asked to commit to the twelve-week residency period and identify a meaningful creative goal to pursue and share with the Enso community. The emphasis is on steady exploration, thoughtful progress, and supportive participation rather than on any single definition of success. By the end of the term, you will select completed work that reflects your residency experience for inclusion in the Enso Circle Exhibit Catalog. |
